Our story
Alfatech S.r.l. was founded in 1989 by Luigi Macchi (1941-2008):
he was a great expert and scholar in the field of gear calculation. He was a member of the International Working Group that met in Cologne in June 1947 (Working Group ISO/TC 60 / WG 6 ) that established the procedures for developing and standardizing the field of gears, including the nominal terminology, dimensions, tolerances and instruments for production and control.
