Our filter changers are distinguished by their unique and innovative seal system that ensures a perfect seal of the entire perimeter of the filtering chamber, ensuring that 100% of the melted mass traverses the filter so that the polymer is freed of any impurity.
The filter changer ensures perfect continuity of the flow so that some applications are on sheet systems with 3 tenths thickness and during the change it is not varied at all.
The filter changer is conceived to work simultaneously with 2 filtering sections – at the moment of the change of the clogged filter, flow continuity is ensured by the other filtering section. The flow continuity thus maintains the dimension of the product and the entire process is not subject to sudden variations.
The system is designed for easy maintenance and durability.
The careful choice of steels used and the knowledge of metallurgical technologies come from long experience gained from over 30 years in the industry.
