GEAR PUMPS

Alfatech is a dynamic company and a leading manufacturer of polymer metering pumps and pumps for stiff PVC and its derivatives and for highly degradable materials that have made the company’s name a byword for quality and experience. For over 30 years it has been designing and manufacturing gear pumps for any polymer and elastomer, even entering the food (chewing gum) and pharmaceuticals industries. In some cases, the application starts with a study of the polymer or elastomer to be processed and then the design and engineering phases start. Not all polymers are the same. New polymers especially have formulas and characteristics that are completely different from those of older polymers. Each polymer has to be processed on the basis of its own process characteristics.

We design and engineer gear pumps with flowrates from 5 kg/hour to 30,000 kg/hour, starting with a study of the preliminary application and continuing to installation by our qualified staff. The entire application is managed by PLC with a remote assistance system. The machine is configured to accept 4.0.

ATN series gear pumps

Series of positive displacement pumps with electric plate heating with addition of holes for pressure transducers directly on the pump and possibility of having the pump body in tempered and nitrided steel alloy or in special hardened and nitrided heavy duty steel.
Also available in conformity to ATEX directives.

AT series pumps

The AT polymer metering pump designed and created on the basis of the experience of experts and specialists who are highly qualified in the field of extrusion of plastic materials. During the preliminary study and drawings phase, great attention was paid to the profile and geometric proportions of the teeth of the gears.
The carefully selected and tested materials are subjected to special heat treatments and rigorous checks during the various processing phases.
These pumps are provided with electric plate heating and the pump body can be made of tempered and nitrided steel alloy or or special hardened and nitrided heavy duty steel.

AH series pumps
